ABOUT RAGEN BIRCHALL, LCASA

Ragen Birchall holds a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, which she completed in December 2025 after a year-long clinical internship working with couples and families. She is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate in NC. 

Ragen brings over 15 years of experience working with court-involved adults as a probation officer and most recently as a drug and alcohol counselor. Ragen says,  "I believe that addiction is not a moral failing, but a complex response to pain, trauma, and life’s difficulties. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and beginning the process of healing."

Ragen is now accepting new clients who reside in NC via telehealth.
