Fees & Payment Info for Services

 Everlight Therapeutic Counseling Services is currently a self-pay practice while credentialing with insurance panels is in progress 

(applies to therapy clients only/coaching clients are always self-pay). 

This allows services to begin without delay while insurance participation is being finalized.

• All Coaching Sessions (55-60 minutes): $100

• Initial Intake Assessment (60–75 minutes): $175 
• All Therapy Sessions (55-60 minutes): $150
   

A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available based on financial need. 

Please inquire if cost is a barrier to receiving care.

Credentialing with select insurance providers is currently underway. 

Updates will be posted as participation becomes available.

If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, a superbill can be provided upon request for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to verify eligibility and reimbursement rates.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

Accepted forms of payment include:

• Credit or debit cards 
• Cash

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of services. 

This will be provided upon request or prior to beginning care.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling 

for both counseling and coaching services. 

Late cancellations or missed appointment are subject to the full session fee.
